Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Sixty six children of ASA PS 1 and 2 up to the age of 10 years undergoing laparoscopic surgeries under endotracheal general anaesthesia (GA) with pneumoperitoneum lasting for more than 30 minutes will be included in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgeries requiring a position other than supine 2. Guardians refusal to give consent 3. Children with recent ( 4. History of malignant hyperthermia or any disease with contraindication to use of routine anaesthetic medication
