Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Maxillary posterior edentulous sites. 2.Residual bone height ranging from 5-8mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having active sinus infection and inflammation. 2.Patients undergoing radiation therapy. 3.Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases. 4.Patients having severe bruxism or clenching habit. 5.Patients with poor oral hygiene maintenance. 6.Smokers. 7.Pregnancy and lactation. 8.Patients with tumors or pathologic growth in sinus.
