Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Medically stable first time acute stroke patients(supratentorial) having 1)National Institute Of Health Sciences(NIHSS) >5 2)Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE) Score >24 The Brunnstorm Recovery Staging should be between 2-5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Presence of any musculoskeletal disorders 2)Cardiopulmonary conditions which may affect the performance in the physiotherapy sessions. 3)Subjects who have severe hemineglect,visual defects and somatosensory deficits
