Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Singleton pregnancy. 100 women who underwent assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures and 100 women who conceived naturally will be included in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cardiovascular disease, seizure disorder and liver disease, bleeding disorders or infections like HIV or HBsAg.
