Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI between 18.5 to 25 Kg/m�²
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of smoking or taking other leisure drugs 2. Consumption of alcohol in the previous 24 hours 3. History of antibiotic usage 4 weeks prior to the study 4. On iron supplementation therapy (3 months) 5. On medication such as NSAIDââ?¬•s, proton pump inhibitors or H2 blockers 2 days prior to and on the study day 6. Participation in any nutritional study in the last 6 months 7. History of food allergy, specifically milk, cereal (ragi/rice/wheat), pulse or meat protein 8. Diagnosed with chronic medical or surgical illness
