Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy participants with a minimum exposure of 1 year to a maximum training of 2 years Participation of athletes at Zonal, state or National level from minimum participation of 2 years to a maximum participation of 6 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with recent or past history of musculoskeletal, neurological origin which may compromise participation in the study Participants with congenital deformities like flatfoot, hallux valgus, and/or club foot. Participants with 6month history of recurrent ankle sprains
