Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients planned for elective spine surgery with diagnosis of pyogenic spondylodiscitis 2. Patient willing to give consent and participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient not fulfilling inclusion criteria 2. Patient not willing to participate in the study or not willing to sign the consent form 3. Patients diagnosed of having tubercular or fungal spondylodiscitis
