Intervention1: Tc-99m ubiquicidin scintigrapghy: patient categorized as PUO, shall be submitted for 99mTc- Ubiquicidin scan only once. A dose of 10mCi 99mTc- Ubiquicidin will be injected intravenously

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with PUO as defined by the DT Durrack and AC street criteria. (including classic, nosocomial, immune deficient(neutropenic) and HIV related)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Following patients shall be excluded from the study i.Pregnant and breast feeding women ii.Children
