Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with midline primary ventral wall hernia(2-5cm defect size) 2.Patients with Incisional hernia(2-5cm defect size) 3.Patients with Recurrent hernia after suture repair (2-5cm defect size)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: •Incisional hernia > 5cm in size •Complicated hernia (strangulated) •Patients with significant co-morbidities like coronary artery disease, uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes mellitus, chronic bronchitis, renal and hepatic failure •Patients unfit for general anesthesia •Patients with uncontrolled coagulopathy •Patients who refuse to give consent
