Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with PCOS, by a qualified medical practitioner speak english, kannada or malayalam

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current or Past hostory of psychological disorders Under medication either for higher BMI or any systemic illness Unwilling to participate in the study
