Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children between 8 and 12 years of age 2. Children belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA) classification I 3. Children with two permanent first mandibular molars indicated for pit and fissure sealants classified as one, two ,three under International Caries Detection and Assessment System (ICDAS) 4. Children who comes under frankles (+) ve behaviour

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with partially erupted teeth 2. Children who are not cooperative in rubber dam placement

patient experience less pain while using soft rubber dam clamp comparing to metal rubber dam clampTimepoint: this outcome will be assessed at the point of application of soft clamp and the metal clamp
