Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 8-12 years 2. Gender: Both male and female 3. Urban Schools in Bangalore 4. children willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with respiratory tract infection within 4 weeks 2. Children with cold and cough within 4 weeks 3. Children having cardio-respiratory disorders (e.g. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, bronchiolitis, asthma, tuberculosis, Cystic Fibrosis) 4. Children having recurrent infection within 4 weeks 5. Children having any other congenital malformation of respiratory tract 6. Children who have attained puberty 7. Children without written consent by parents / or legal guardians
