Intervention1: VÄ?TARÄ?Ká¹¢ACA KULIKAI: Test drug will be administered orally two times a day along with sufficient Ginger juice DOSE - 7.6 mgs per kg for a period of 6 months Intervention2: Ä?RAá¹?á

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient attending to the OPD of Kuzhanthai maruthuvam department will be screened for the following symptoms Primary symptoms 1. delayed milestones especially delay in the motor development. 2. The patient will also be assessed according to the Gross Motor Function Classification System- Not more than Level 3 Manual Ability Classification System- not more than level 4 by this stiffness and weakness of the muscles will be assessed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cerebral Palsy with severe seizures Cerebral Palsy with associated Congenital Disorders
