Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in the age group of 12-30 years Clinically healthy patients with no systemic illness Patients with no previous history of orthodontic treatment Not receiving any antibiotics, anti-inflammatory or multivitamin supplements for last 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with syndromes and debilitating diseases Mucosal lesions anywhere in the oral cavity Smokers and tobacco chewers Patients with prosthesis or restorations Allergy to costume jewellery, watches, or sources of nickel and chromium Occupational exposure to metals
