Inclusion criteria: Students studying in Medical Laboratory technology, MCHP, MAHE, Manipal

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants having any kind of dermatitis, wounds or skin abrasions

Effect of Moringa oleifera leaf soap on bacterial growth after Handwashing compared to control soap and handwashing with water alone is measured.Timepoint: 1 year

If growth is present on plates, smear done and identified the bacteria by grams stain.Timepoint: 6 months
