Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group-Patients with clinical symptoms of kalladaippu and they were reporting with USG(abdomen)and X ray(K U B) finding. control group-Participants who are free from clinical features of kalladaippu. Participants of the same age and gender as the case subject.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing to give consent.Patients associated with any other kidney diseases and co-morbidities hypertension, diabetes mellitus.
