Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects with blood sugar levels between 90-200mg/dl. People who are early diagnosed with Diabetes whose blood sugar level is in the border line.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects with any other metabolic problems like Diabetic nephropathy, Diabetic neuropathy, Pregnant women or Lactating mother, subjects on Insulin, chronic illness and immuno comprehensive status and other co morbidities. If the blood sugar levels raise more than the inclusion criteria limit during the study, the withdrawal of the subject from the study will be done.
