Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Students within the age range of 18-25 years 2)Students who identify themselves as experiencing solitude and who have volunteered for the study 3)Participants who are consenting for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Foreign and NRI students 2)Participants with Manipal Health Questionnaire score of 63 and above
