Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Study Subjects suffering from OSMF 2. Study Subjects of age group between 18 to 60 years 3. Study Subjects ready to give consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Traumatic ulcers, 2. Advanced premalignant and malignant changes, 3. Extensive fibrosis with severe trismus with an inter incisal distance (IID)<15mm, 4. Generalized fibromatosis, 5. Pale oral mucosa of anaemia just look like blanching, 6. Infectious diseases like oral candidiasis, herpangina&vincentâ??s infection, 7. Immunopathalogic diseases like Oral Lichen Planus. 8. Oral manifestation of Scleroderma. 9. Systemic conditions such as DM, HT, HIV etc. 10. Any severe life threatning confounding disorder. 11. Patients who are not unable to give up addictions of gutkha,areca nut, pan masala,tobacco etc.
