Intervention1: Mindfulness based cognitive therapy: Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behaviour therapy which includes Meditation and Breathing exercises. ï?§ Intervention given twice a week for 4 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with panic disorders visiting Psychiatry OPD, PGIMER, Chandigarh.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients with , substance abuse and co-morbid depression and bipolar disorders along with panic disorders visiting Psychiatry OPD, PGIMER, Chandigarh.
