Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged six-month to 12-year with seizure disorder who are receiving anti-seizure drug(s).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with other chronic diseases (e.g. diabetes mellitus, chronic renal failure). 2. Children with known thyroid dysfunction on anti-thyroid medication. 3. Children who have received any drug in past six months that could affect thyroid function (e.g. Amiodarone, lithium). 4. Children with severe malnutrition.
