Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 PATIENTS UNDERGOING PYELOPLASTY SURGERY OF ASA 1 AND 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Infection at the local site of injection 2 Pre-existing cardio-pulmonary diseases 3 Deranged coagulation profile 4 Failure of the block

MeasureTime frame
Mean FLACC scale at 0, 2,4,8,12,24 hrs postoperatively for pain assessment in patients who received parvertebral or Errector spinae plane nerve block in first 24hrs.Timepoint: 24 HR

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Total number of analgesics doses and the total amount of analgesic drug consumed within 24 hour postoperatively in the patients 2. The time for requirement of first rescue analgesia as determined by FLACC 4 in the postoperative period Timepoint: 24 HR
