Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hand injured patients with age between 18 to 59 years Did not returned to work Between 3 months to 1-year postoperative period Should be employed before the injury Underwent a single surgical process

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with any comorbidities like cardiac conditions, joint diseases, polytrauma, cognitive and psychological problems that may influence return to work.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outome will be factors influencing return to work. The Michigan Hand Outcomes Questionnaire (MHQ), Worker Role Interview and return to work survey form will be administerd by the investigator. Descriptive statistics will be used to summarize the data. SPSS version 16 for statistical analysis. Chi-square test to find the association between the factors and logistic regression to find the predictorsTimepoint: cross-sectional study the patients will be recruited once between 3 months to 1 year postoperative period after a hand injury
