Inclusion criteria: intravenous drug users who are on opioids substitution therapy and not on opioids substitution therapy for comparartive purpose. patients who are willing to paticipate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: intravenous drug users who are suffering from known mental illness.
