Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pediatric patients of any hematological malignancies with history of packed red cell or platelet transfusion support on more than or equal to 2 occasions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Adult patients( >14 years) 2) Patients having fever, infections, sepsis, splenomegaly, Disseminated Intravascular coagulation(DIC) 3) Patients receiving Amphoterecin-B

| To find out the effect of compatibility on post transfusion platelet increment and effectiveness of transfusion. In such multiply transfused patients, if we choose crossmatched platelets obtained right from the beginning, we will be able to get a better post-transfusion CCI. This may reduce the number of ineffective platelet transfusions. Ultimately this can reduce the number of platelet transfusions required by the patient.Timepoint: 8 months | — |
