Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children age between 4-6 years. 2. Children with initial cavitated caries lesion (not involving pulp) in the primary teeth and needed a preventive resin restoration / pit and fissure sealants treatment. 3. Children who had no previous experience of hospitalization and dental visit. 4. Co-operative children (Frankelâ??s behaviour rating scale 3&4)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with systemic diseases and developmental disorders. 2. If operator uses any other behaviour modification technique.

Design outcomes

Primary

1.patient can communicate easily with dentist. 2.patient can easily adopt the operatory environment. 3.Patient can easily acquaint to the dental instruments.Timepoint: 6 months
