Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ï??Clinical signs of symptomatic irreversible pulpitis of single rooted mandibular premolars. ï??Older than 18 years of age(of either gender) ï??Able to give written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient not willing to participate in the study Non retainable tooth requiring extraction Pregnant female patient Presence of internal or external resorption Presence of radiographic evidence of periapical pathology, sinus tract Patient with recent history of trauma. Allergy or adverse reactions to non-steroidal anti inflammatory drugs. Patients not able to give informed consent Root canal treated tooth Teeth with open apices Patients with special needs and medical treatments altering the protocol. History of medication for chronic pain Any accidents or complications occurring during treatment
