Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Carcinoma cervix (FIGO stage IB2 â?? IIIB) undergoing radical RT (IMRT) with / without concurrent chemotherapy followed by HDR brachytherapy (3-4 #) on IGRT compatible LINACS -Patient informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Post hysterectomy -Patients with HIV, Active tuberculosis, severe cardiac co-morbidities, h/o urinary incontinence. -Patients requiring Extended field radiation -Patients to be treated by helical tomotherapy.
