Inclusion criteria: Anaesthesiologists physical status grade I or II adults aged 18 to 65 years Consenting patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non consenting patients Simonâ??s grade III gynaecomastia Suspicious neoplastic breast lesions
