Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 40-50 years with the clinical features of postmenopausal syndrome. 2. Patients attained menopause i.e amenorrhea for last 12 consecutive monthsand history of premature menopause . 3.Patients having psychological manifestations during menopause.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with bleeding per vagina in the postmenopausal period. 2. Patients with surgical menopause. 3. Patients with cardiovascular diseases,endocrinal disorders like Hypo & Hyperthyroidism etc. 4. Patients suffering from malignancy and uterine fibroid. 5. Patients with prolonged medication like corticosteroids, anti depressants, H.R.T. or any other drug that may influence on the outcome of study.
