Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade: I,Anticipated blood loss > 40% of Estimated Blood Volume,Supratentorial tumor

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. Age Group: 60 years 3. Diabetes Mellitus 4. Renal Disease 5. Hypertension

To find intraoperative somatic site NIRS changes due to major blood loss in patients undergoing craniotomy and tumor excisionTimepoint: 15 minutes before and 15 after major blood loss during surgery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To find correlation of NIRS changes with Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP), Diastolic Blood Pressure (DBP), Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP), Central Venous Pressure (CVP), Stroke Volume Variation (SVV), Stroke volume (SV), Cardiac Output (CO), Partial Pressure of Central Venous Oxygen, (PvO2), Central Venous Oxygen Saturation (SvO2). Timepoint: 15 minutes before and after 15 minutes during major blood loss;To see if there is any correlation between lowest value NIRS and outcome at hospital dischargeTimepoint: 7 days
