Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: MILD-MODERATE PERIODONTITIS 18-45 years PERIAPICAL LESION > 3MM RADIOGRAPHICALY

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: AGE > 45 Yrs smokers systemic disease(Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension) patients taken antibiotic treatment 3 months back pregnancy BMI > 30 kg/m2
