Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Newly diagnosed patients from both gender above 18 years to 60 years of age. 2)Acute symptomatic tinea corporis/tinea pedis/tinea faciei/ tinea manun with limited involvement i.e. involvement to single body region. 3)KOH mount showing positive results. 4)Woods lamp examination showing positive results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Pregnant or nursing females. 2)Patients who received topical antifungal agents within the past week or Received systemic antifungal agent within the past 4 weeks. 3)History of hypersensitivity to any of the study drug. 4)Patients not willing to comply with protocol requirements. 5) Patients with k/c/o uncontrolled diabetes , STDs and Immunodeficiency disease.

i) Rate of mycological cure (negative KOH Test and negative woods lamp examintion). ii)Clinical cure(Resolution of sign and symptoms)Timepoint: weekly for 6 weeks
