Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient having cough presenting with respiratory rate >60 in less than 2 months of age, >50 in 2months to 12 months of age and >40 in 12 months to 5 years of age.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Who have had a previous episode of wheezing 2. Who have a known chronic cardiopulmonary disease 3. Who are immunodeficient 4. Whose parents have not given consent
