Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years or more 2. Scheduled for surgery under anaesthesia at Tata Memorial Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient less than 18 years Patients not willing to participate Postoperative patients who have undergone surgery under anaesthesia at Tata Memorial Hospital Patients post head and neck surgery or any procedure that interferes with their ability to communicate e.g neurosurgery, need for elective postoperative intubation and /or ventilation, presence of tracheostomy. Psychiatric patients, patients using psychoactive drug, pregnant patients
