Inclusion criteria: Patients having Type 1 and Type 2 Diabete Mellitus along with unspecified complications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having Juvenile and Gestational Diabetes mellitus and other grave co-morbidities.

To compile, study and evaluate the concept of Ojas, Ojo Vikruti from the available classical literature, commentaries, research works, articles on internet and available information in allied basic science To study the prevalence of Oja Kshaya in the patient of Madhumeha (Diabetes mellitus.) To make a scale for Oja Kshaya assessment and its grading on the basis of symptoms as explained in Ayurvedic Samhitas . Timepoint: 6months—
