Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All pediatric patients undergoing urological surgery lasting for more than 1 hour between these ages will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with baseline blood sugars Endocrine disorders Steroid usage ASA physical status > 2
