Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Patients with anticipated difficult airway requiring FOB assisted intubation like those with restricted mouth opening -Age 20-60 years -ASA PS 1-3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Allergy to local anaesthetics -Uncooperative patients -Psychiatric illness -Major cardiac or pulmonary disorders -Bleeding disorders
