Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: DIAGNOSED Patients of scabiesi.e pama in between age group of 5 to 15 years of either sexes. patient with macule or papular rashes with severe itching as main symptomsin web spaces,groin,other body parts,mite burrow in the webbed spaces of finger,flexor surface of wrist,elbows,axillae,belt line,feet,scrotum[male child],areolae[female child]. patients with positive skin scraping test with presence of mite and its eggs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.child less than 5 yrs and more than 15 years of age. 2.patient presented with severe itching,complicated by other skin disorders and necessitating other medications. 3.severely immunecompromised and with fatal systemic symptoms. 4.patient with history of hypersensitivity reaction on any topical application. 5.patient with other chronic disorders like juvenile diabetes, nephrotic syndrome, tuberculosis etc. 6.scabies associated with any other disease.
