Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To know the compliance rate of lung-protective ventilation such as low tidal volume and PEEP setting according to the level of FiO2 with hypoxemic respiratory failure in Asian ICUsTimepoint: Single time point after enrollment

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To study the proportion of assumptive ARDS of the enrolled patients and its recognition by the medical staff.Timepoint: Single time point after enrollment; To study the relationship between the compliance of lung-protective ventilation and Outcome (28 days mortality) of the enrolled patients Timepoint: Single time point after enrollment; To study the relationship between the compliance of lung-protective ventilation and Practice models and patterns of ICUs Timepoint: Single time point after enrollment
