Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Cancer survivors who are willing to participate 2.Cancer survivors of age 18 or above 3.Cancer survivors who are not involved in physical exercises. 4.Both genders will be recruited and the questionnaire will be given to them to check item reliability/Internal consistency

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Cancer survivors who are not willing to participate • Cancer survivors who are currently involved in physical exercises.
