Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: NCLUSION CRITERIA- 1.Patients of either sex aged between 30-70 years will be selected. 2. The cases of Avabahuka with the features mentioned in the method of collection of data will be included. 3.Patients fit for Nasya karma. 4.Willing and able to participate in the study. 5.Patients with DM but eligible for conventional management
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSIVE CRITERIA- 1.Patients not fit for Nasyakarma (Aajirna , Bhuktabhakta , Pitasneha , Navajwara, Madhya-Toya patukaam, Murshhit , Virikta , Aanuvasit, Shudha-Trushana-Shrama pdita )[7] 2. Patients of shoulder joint dislocation. 3. Patients with Fracture and shoulder surgery . 4. Pregnant and lactating mother .
