Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients referred for triple-phase contrast-enhanced CT abdomen and pelvis and who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Trauma patients, patients that require more than triple phase study (pancreatic lesions, renal abnormalities), Liver cirrhosis, h/o allergy to medicines or iodinated contrast media or compromised renal function

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Development of an low dose CT abdomen & pelvis protocol and development of an adaptive contrast protocol according to weight of the patient.Timepoint: 24-36 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
local Diagnostic reference level will be established for the routine CT abdomen and pelvis in practice. Timepoint: 12 months
