Inclusion criteria: ASA PS I AND II ELECTIVE SURGERY UNDER GENERAL ANAESTHESIA

Exclusion criteria: PATIENT REFUSAL ASA PS III AND IV HISTORY OF NECK SURGERY VALVULAR HEART DISEASE COPD HEMODYNAMICALLY UNSTABLE PATIENTS
