Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient of age group 30-70 years. ï?? Patient having the symptoms of Raised Blood Pressure. ï?? Patient willing to sign the consent forms. ï?? BP: Patient having blood pressure upto 160/100 (systolic/diastolic BP).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Open and Randomized Clinical Age less than 30 yrs and more than 70 years. ï?? BP: Patients having blood pressure >160/100 (systolic/diastolic BP). ï?? Patients having a histor y of untreated thyroid disorder and drug addiction. Pregnant women and Lactating mother
