Inclusion criteria: ASA PS 1AND 2 BMI LESS THAN 30 WRITTEN INFORMED CONSENT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PATIENT REFUSAL ASA3 AND 4 ORAL CAVITY,NASOPHARYN,LARYNX AND NECK REGION SURGERIES SURGERIES REQUIRING PRONE POSITION ,SURGERIES LASTING FOR 3HRS H/O PREOP SORE THROAT COMMON COLD AND RECENT NSAID USE MMS MORE THAN 2 ASTHMA/ COPD MORE THAN ONE ATTEMPT AT INTUBATION AND TRAUMATIC INTUBATION
