Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PATIENTS AGED 3-10 YEARS FULFILLING THE CRITERION OF AMERICAN SOCIETY OF ANAESTHESIOLOGIST PHYSICAL STATUS I AND II UNDERGOING INFRAUMBILICAL SURGERIES WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE STUDY

Exclusion criteria: Patients with 1 history of allergy to any of the drugs used 2 history of psychiatric and behavioural disorders 3 anticipated difficult airway 4 duration of surgery >2 hours
