Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult Patients: 1.Moderate Glaucoma 2.Severe Glaucoma 3.Primary open angle glaucoma 4.Chronic angle closure glaucoma 5.Refractory glaucoma 6.Pigmentary glaucoma 7.Patients who are often on maximum medical therapy 8.Patients whom other treatments have failed 9.Patients who may have bleeding problems 10.Cases where primary trabeculectomy failed Pediatric Patients: 1.Children above 1 year 2.Pediatric glaucoma refractory to primary surgical procedure [combined trabeculectomy and trabeculotomy] 3.Pediatric glaucoma refractory to any anti-glaucoma surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adult Patients: 1.Mild glaucoma 2.Neovascular glaucoma 3.Cases with thin sclera 4.During treatment, areas of staphyloma and bleb 5.Patients with severely damaged ocular surface 6.Pregnant and Lactating mothers 7.Special Groups Pediatric Patients: 1.Childern below 1 year 2.Patients with thin sclera
