Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All patients aged 18-65 years. 2) Supratentorial tumor size greater than 4 cm in size in any dimension or greater than 20 ml in volume, either of the above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient refusal
