Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Known patient with infertility with anovulatory cycles. Age group of patient between 18-40 years female. Patient who are having regular or irregular menstrual history. PCOS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ï?? Congenital absence or deformities of Uterus& ovaries. Patient having Ovarian tumour. Cancer of Cervix or Uterus. Known cases of Hypothyroid and Hyper thyroid patients. Known cases of Diabetes mellitus.

MeasureTime frame
There is significant effect of Ashwagandha Kshirpaka in folliculogenesis with special reference to Vandhyatva.Timepoint: patient will be followed up once a month for 3 subsequent months.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
There is no significant effect of Ashwagandha Kshirpaka in folliculogenesis then clomiphen citrate.Timepoint: patient will be followed up once a month for 3 subsequent months.
